ARENA HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Clinicians/Club Arena Hire
All cancellations by the hiring Clinician or Club will incur a 50% booking fee charge. All bookings that are cancelled less than 21 days prior to the event forfeit the entire booking fee as a deposit.
AKAS Templers reserves the right to cancel an event without notice, due to eg. weather, grounds safety. Cancellations will be discussed in depth with Clinician or Club, and a refund will be approved or a new date will be rescheduled.
Personal Use Arena Hire
Please be sure of your arena time as there is NO refunds or re-scheduling.
If you wish to use your own instructor at our venue, the instructor is to fill in registration form and attach a copy of Public liability insurance.
