Clinicians/Club
Please contact Kelly to be sent our full “Facility & Arena Hire” information pack.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made with 30 days notice to the hire date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to the hire date will forfeit the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the hire date will be liable for the full hire fee.
- Cancellations made where catering is booked, if food preparation has begun, club may be liable for the cost of the items purchased depending on situation, this is to be discussed.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an administration fee.
AKAS Templers reserves the right to cancel an event without notice, due to eg. weather, grounds safety. Cancellations will be discussed in depth with Clinician or Club, and a refund will be approved or a new date will be rescheduled.
Personal Use
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 hour before the beginning of your appointment.
There are NO refunds.
Also be mindful of your booked arena end time as others may be booked around you, and you and your horse must be out of the arena by the end of your session time.

If you wish to use your own instructor at our venue, the instructor is to fill in registration form and attach a copy of Public liability insurance.
