Agistment & Short Term Stay

At AKAS Templers, we’ve got everything your horse needs for agistment, suited to all disciplines, with excellent horse safe fencing. All in a friendly relaxed environment.

We are a self care facility, with option for part care and intermittent/once off services, when booked in advance.

FACILITIES

4 x large paddocks – max 2 horses/paddock
2 x medium paddocks – max 1 horse/paddock
6 x small paddocks – max 1 horse/paddock
All Paddocks have Auto-Troughs & Shelter
Lock up Feed & Tack Room, Float parking
Tie up rails / Wash bays
Access to the arena with the use of poles, barrels, cones and jumps.
Back roads to ride on when you need some time out of the arena.
For when you are playing all day, an on site toilet and kitchen to use and flood lights around sheds.
Property is now under video surveillance.

SHORT TERM / TRAVEL REST

If you are travelling through the area and need somewhere to stay for a night or two. We have the facility for you! AKAS Templers makes travelling rest stops easy, safe and quiet. Allowing you to relax while your horses stretch their legs.  You may even want to Book the Arena while you here for a ride/workout, if you are on your way to a competition.
We are just off the main road and close to Freeling, Roseworthy and Gawler.

For the humans – You can choose to –
Pull up and camp in your gooseneck/float/truck
Or
We have a cute little bunk house with access to a Kitchen, Shower and Toilet.

For the Horses – You can choose to –
Set up your own yards
Or
There are panel yards or a paddock available
